[Review] Click & Funny

Hello everyone :))

The most viewed entry on my blog, is the entry I introduced you to a Korean fashion brand called New Inspiration Icon, in short NII Fashion. (For the entry click here)

I still wonder if it's because of this whole hallyu wave and the fact that people really researched because of JYJ promoting for them, or if people really get more interested in korean fashion brands lately. Whatever it is...

Today I want to introduce you to a brand called "Click & Funny"!

There are no idols advertising for them and on the site they use ulzzang-looking models to present their clothing.
So you might wonder how I managed to actually find their website.

I wanted a blue Parka. A warm one. And a simple and cute looking one.
At the moment, it's impossible to find something like this in Germany.
I am positive that I went through all local shops and even online shops I could think of. Twice.

Then I checked yesstyle and found a Parka I really liked, from a brand called CLICK.
However I thought that 87€ were quite pricey. (+ shipping and taxes I would have to pay...)
And till now, I only bought at yesstyle twice, both orders being a negative experience.

So I researched a little and realized, that the brand is not CLICK but Click & Funny instead, and I also found their original website.

I asked a korean friend of mine, if he ever heard of that brand and if he knew if the quality of their products is okay. However, he never heard of it before.

I thought that I had to get a shopping service for being able to buy from them, so I looked up collect korea again. I used their service before and was quite pleased.
Collect Korea also has some recommended shops listed at their website, so when I found Click & Funny there too, I thought, that the shop and items might be good after all.

I checked the Help Desk at Click & Funny's website and the very first entry made me quite happy: "How to make an international order".
This sounded amazing. No need for a shopping service.

I read into the guide (lots of screenshots and easy to follow!) and saw, that the site also offers payment via paypal. (They offer payment via creditcard too)

You can take out the lining! Super handy!

I think it's fake fur, but I am not sure. Cannot give you information on that, sorry.

I truely love this Parka. Simple and cute, and it keeps me warm.
The quality seems to be okay, however it bothers me, that the fur is attached to the lining (?).
On the outside it looks a bit weird because of that. Check the picture above. It would have been nicer, if the fur could have covered that stitching.
Also as you can see in the picture, the fur kind of loses hair. So sometimes it's all over the Parka, but honestly, it isn't that extreme and doesn't bother me a lot.

I advise you to not buy at yesstyle by the way. They sell this Parka for 87€. I compared a few other items too, and sometimes the difference is not only around 20€, but sometimes goes up till 50€.
Yesstyle is a big rip off. At least, when you can order from the original brands site.

Or more like, it was available in beige and black.
I originally ordered the beige version. Then I got an email, telling me that it was sold out.
So I asked them, if the black one was still available, or to send the pink one otherwise.
The black was sold out too, and now I am glad it was. The pink one doesn't really look pink, or even light pink at all.
I kind of expected that the beige version would look like that, so I am kinda happy.

The fabric is very thin, and I love the little pearls and sleeves. I'm positive that I'll wear it a lot in summer.

The color of the shirt is lovely and the zipper detail is really cool.
It looked so nice on the model. It doesn't on me though :/
I guess it's a tad small. The sleeves are a little short too.
I really love the shirt in itself though.
The fabric is very very thin.

Somehow it looked really adorable on the model, so I decided to buy it.
I usually wear the sleeves rolled up, but had them down in this picture. As you see, short sleeves again. (Maybe I got long arms?...)
But as you see on the model too, you are supposed to roll them up a little :))
The fabric is like super thin again :/
I wasn't sure at first if I liked it on me, however my mother asked me where I got this lovely shirt, since she liked it a lot. She asked me if I couldn't bring her nice shirts like that too. So when I told her, that I ordered that in Korea as well, and that it only comes in onesize, she was a bit sad.

I bought a very similar one at six before, which broke down on the same day. So I went to the shop again the next day to exchange it, but the new one was also destroyed by the shop assistant. So I am glad that I found this one at Click & Funny. It's very cute <3


Price /Quality
I think it's very hard to say something now, since I just got the items. I am wearing the scarf and Parka for a week now, and till now everything is fine. I am a little worried over the shirts, since the fabric is very thin. So I am not sure if they last long, but I think for that price I shouldn't think, that they will last forever.
Same goes with the accessory. I personally think that the shop has good quality items, for a very reasonable price. I like that.

Shipping
Click & Funny just offers express shipping via EMS. This also means it's insured and you will be able to track your packet per tracking number. Also it will probably arrive in like...one week.
The downside to all this: it's quite expensive. And in Germany packets sent via EMS always end up stuck in customs.
I had to pick it up and pay an additional 50€ taxes.
(I expected that though. I bought a lot after all).
Since the parka is heavy and it goes by weight, I thought I just buy a little more stuff, which is very light, so it would be worth it. So in the end it added up quite a bit.

Service & Communication
Usually when you order at websites, you will get a order confirmation right away.
This is NOT the case with Click & Funny.
As international customer you have to do a guest checkout, and buy the items without an own account.
Also, the order won't go through, if you don't pay.
So I had my payment confirmation, but that was all.
After 3 days, still no mail, and a friend already said 'Maybe they scammed you'.
I didn't think they would, but I was a tad worried, to not have heard from them yet.
I already imagined contacting them, and expected that this would end in a disaster, because honestly, you don't expect them to be fluent in English.
The day afterwards, I got a mail from them in perfect English, telling me, that one of my items I wanted was sold out.
They asked if I wanted it in another color, if I wanted to exchange the item or just to cancel it.
I replied and told them, that when the black one isn't available, that I would go with the pink one.
The next day I got a reply that they sent the pink one. I also got my tracking number.
And they told me, that they would be going to send some money back.
Mainly because I paid for a heavier shipping before, and in the end the shipping was cheaper. So I got a little money back. In addition they told me, that they had an ongoing 10% on everything event for their website customers.
I think that's very honest and kind of them. I am not able to speak korean. So francly speaking, they could have taken the original price, without me knowing of the event. However they did not.
Fast communication in perfect English. Very honest and kind staff. Thumbs up!

Stockphotos vs the real deal
Sometimes when you order at ebay or yesstyle, the color and items on the stock photos are very different from the actual item you'll receive.
This is NOT the case with Click & Funny.
This is also why I added pictures from the webshop. You can compare with my pictures, and you'll notice it's absolutely the same.
You buy what you see in the pictures.

Total
The experience with Click & Funny was very good, and I think that I'm going to purchase from that shop again in the future.
